Lately, it seems that us photographers are creating more and more for social media, which at times can feel a little vapid. While there is obviously a need to maintain a healthy presence on apps like TikTok and Instagram, it is true that our creative work is confined by algorithms and stifled by layout limitations. With a desire to give you, the viewer, a chance to experience more from each shoot and learn about my dancers, my photography style, and the reasons behind my equipment and location choices, I have created this blog and invite you to explore the deeper stories and inspirations behind each image.
